A gentle but powerful cleansing balm that condenses both phases of double cleansing into a single luxurious step.
Massage onto dry skin and it melts away makeup, sunscreen and daily build-up. Add water, and a secondary cleansing phase activates, transforming the balm into a silky milk that rinses off cleanly with no oily residue and no need for a second cleanser.

The perfect skin-loving base
Every ONE & DONE starts with a light, silky oil base of Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and Isopropyl Myristate that melts effortlessly into skin. Two gentle emulsifiers (Olivem) and two mild surfactants (Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate and Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate with Decyl Glucoside) work together to lift everything away and rinse clean without stripping. Nourishing Kokum butter and rice bran wax give structure and richness, while Bisabolol soothes and Vitamin E protects.

A note from the founder and formulator
The cleanser my customers kept asking for.
When I launched the / FACE Ritual, the first question I kept getting was: what cleanser should I use with it? I tried to recommend other brands but nothing sat right. Most cleansing balms left an oily film. Foaming cleansers stripped skin dry. And almost everything on the market was built around coconut oil or shea butter, which are cheap, heavy and not what I wanted sitting on my face, or yours.
And honestly, who really has the time to double cleanse every night? I wanted a cleanser that could dissolve a full face of makeup and sunscreen in one step, rinse completely clean without stripping, and leave skin feeling genuinely nourished rather than just "not dry".
It took two years and 33 versions to get the formula right. I make it because I use it, every single night.

HOW TO USE
Use the included wand to scoop a pea-sized amount of balm.
Massage onto dry skin gently to melt makeup and impurities.
Moisten fingers with water and continue to massage as the balm transforms into a silky cleansing milk.
Rinse with warm water, pat dry, and follow with / FACE Ritual, and in the mornings, sunscreen.
