You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened items for a full refund.

Items in Original Condition
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, including the damaged outer packaging. A replacement will be sent promptly. 

Comprehensive information is provided on each product page, including a full list of ingredients, including any essential oils, so you can make an informed decision before purchasing. Keep in mind that different skin types and conditions may react differently to products. We encourage you to understand how your skin responds to different ingredients.
